Due to the nature of this product, there are no exchanges or refunds on any postcards. To keep the greeting special, none of the video greetings are posted online and can only be accessed through the QR code on the physical card. Information about this video is provided for each design. Look for: Who is this postcard for, and what will the video look like? for each individual postcard located on the shop page.
Sharing Videos
All videos contain Rosemary Chase Art copyrighted material. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Sharing videos that are scanned from any Video Greeting Postcard via email or any other means is a violation of this copyright.
Response time
Most orders will take between 1-2 business days to fill. Email replies will be same business day up to 48 hours.

Shipping
We ship orders through USPS. Free Local Delivery to our neighbors! If you reside or have an office in 10016, we’ll deliver your order to a mailroom, front desk, or doorman (only). Sorry, we can not directly deliver to your apartment.
