Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this product, there are no exchanges or refunds on any postcards. To keep the greeting special, none of the video greetings are posted online and can only be accessed through the QR code on the physical card. Information about this video is provided for each design. Look for: Who is this postcard for, and what will the video look like? for each individual postcard located on the shop page.
Sharing Videos
All videos contain Rosemary Chase Art copyrighted material. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Sharing videos that are scanned from any Video Greeting Postcard via email or any other means is a violation of this copyright.
Response time
Most orders will take between 1-2 business days to fill. Email replies will be same business day up to 48 hours.

Shipping
If purchasing one postcard, you have this option: At no cost to you, we will mail your postcard to the recipient using a USPS Forever stamp. There will be no tracking number provided to you, so if the card gets lost in the mail, we are not responsible. We are also happy to write the message on the back of the postcard for you. Just let us know what you want to say in the message box, which will be provided during checkout. We will email you a photo of the written message and stamped envelope before we drop it in the mail. Hey, it’s a bit of a gamble, but if you are use to using USPS first class mail, and find the majority of your correspondence arrives, we wanted to give you the option to take the risk.
